A Royal Society policy briefing, co-written by Ali Lennox, has been published entitled "Catalysing change: Defossilising the chemical industry", and launched at an event in London on 8th May with stakeholders from across industry, academia and government.
The team recognised that the chemical industry had been largely ignored in all the previous COP gatherings, and so this document, 18 months in the making, will provide policy makers with the important context required for our transition to net zero.
